Welcome to the Spotless Care Services job board We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support to various departments within Spotless Care Services, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation. Job Responsibilities The type of support you will provide will vary from person to person, but typically you will assist with: Social Support and Companionship Personal Care Domestic Assistance Shopping, Meal Planning and Preparation Medication Prompt and Support Transportation services to help clients access the community and get to appointments WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (similar or higher qualifications will be considered) Drivers License Reliable access to a personal vehicle covered by Comprehensive Car Insurance A valid Police Clearance (We can help process police clearances for candidates in our program) First Aid Good English communication skills (A good level of English communication skills to be able to read, write and speak the language effectively) COVID and flu vaccinations may be required for some roles Demonstrated reliability and punctuality Positive attitude, compassion and a good sense of humor Competent use of smart phone or apps EXTRAS THAT WE LOVE Work experience in aged care or healthcare NDIS clearance Manual Handling Training Medication Competency Training Working With Children Check Spoken languages other than English How to Apply: If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy providing individual support in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for the Support Worker position at Spotless Care Services.
