About the Role We’re seeking a passionate and experienced National Clinical Education & Training Officer to join our Clinical Services and Quality Team. Reporting to the National Clinical Education & Training Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering Opal HealthCare’s national clinical education framework—ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for our residents. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing clinical education programs, supporting governance structures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our Care Communities. About You: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Postgraduate qualifications in clinical education and training Minimum 5 years’ experience in health or aged care Strong knowledge of aged care regulations and standards Experience in instructional design for eLearning and face‑to‑face delivery Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills Ability to travel interstate and intrastate as required Ready to make a difference?
