About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Office Manager / Accounts professional to join our Morayfield team. This is a key full time position with flexibility for school friendly hours (from 8:30am start) . You’ll be the central point of coordination — managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows between divisions, and supporting management across all areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of accounts: payroll, invoicing, debtors, creditors and reporting in Xero Generate and follow up invoices, manage timesheets, payroll and job costings Prepare job, revenue and productivity reports for management Maintain processes, procedures and backend workflows between teams Manage HR administration – onboarding, contracts, compliance and training records Support leadership with admin, marketing, and executive assistance tasks Manage suppliers, office systems, and general day-to-day operations About You 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (construction or mechanical industry preferred) Strong Xero skills – including payroll and reporting features Simpro experience highly regarded Organised, accurate, and proactive with strong communication skills Hands‑on and reliable, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Positive, self motivated and able to work independently Why Join Us?
