Based at Sunshine Coast Airport , we pride ourselves on delivering seamless, safe, and personalised aviation experiences for our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Ground Handler & Charter Coordinator to join our Sunshine Coast team. This dual-role position combines hands‑on ramp operations with customer‑focused charter coordination, offering a unique opportunity to build a well‑rounded aviation career. Key Responsibilities Conduct aircraft ground handling operations including marshalling, towing, refuelling, baggage loading/unloading, and passenger assistance. Work closely with flight crews, airport authorities, and service providers to ensure efficient aircraft turnarounds. Uphold high safety standards and comply with airport and company procedures at all times. Assist with ramp and hangar operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organised environment. Prepare accurate and timely charter quotations in response to client enquiries. Liaise with operators, brokers, and internal teams to source competitive aircraft options. Support day‑to‑day operations and flight coordination as required including being on call. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in aviation ground handling, FBO operations, or charter quoting (preferred). Strong understanding of aviation operations and terminology. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Teams and, ideally, flight operations or charter software.
