We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our high performing team. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 1-chair practice. The Opportunity: We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Canberra Surgicentre practice available for a Dental Receptionist seeking a full-time opportunity. Modern dental practice with 1 chair running a wide range of dental treatments Friendly, fun and dedicated team Convenient location, walking distance to light rail with free onsite parking Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Making patients aware of dental services and offers Handling payments Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You’ll be: Available to work full time Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm Previous Medical or Dental Reception experience required You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
