Elders Insurance is one of Australia’s largest regional and rural insurance services and operates an agency network distributing general insurance products to regional and rural clients. Sheil & Co & Patrick Enterprises Pty Ltd is the Elders Insurance agency in Narrogin where we currently have an opportunity for an Account Executive, based at our Narrogin office. This position offers you a development opportunity with potential for career progression with a leading Elders Insurance franchise and a competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant. The role We are looking for a new Account Executive to add value to our already successful team. You will be fully trained and mentored in company practices. Duties will include: Ensure the appropriate end-to-end management of client accounts, from initial onboarding to policy renewal and servicing. This includes processing insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including underwriting and claims, to deliver seamless service to clients. Maintain accurate client records and documentation according to company standards and record all client contact in Salesforce. Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance guidelines, regulations, company policies and operating procedures. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to help implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market presence. Help prepare proposals, presentations, and insurance quotes tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging risks to proactively address client needs and concerns. Continuously strive to achieve high levels of regulatory compliance resulting in satisfactory quality assurance reviews. You To be successful in this role you must be able to: Display a knowledge of general insurance (preferred but not required). Display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input. Have good communication skill and organisational skills. Obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances. Obtain or have already Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance. For further information please contact: Shawn on ***.
