* **Employment Term:** Permanent full-time opportunity* **Location:** Toowoomba Aged Care Facility* **Remuneration:** Attractive industry salary package + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances* Working with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator, you’ll work to provide outstanding care to residents in your service, advocating individualised care that enhances and promotes their quality of life.* Overseeing a team of care staff, you’ll empower your team through learning, support and leadership in order to advance the level of service to your residents.* In conjunction with your Residential Service Manager, you’ll ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.* You’ll ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through your diligence with ANNAC funding, care planning and community engagement.
