Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for Level 1 & Level 2 Techs, based in Port Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service. This role will also require timely responses to service requests, effective communication with team members, and ongoing investigation of client issues to ensure resolution. Successful candidates will collaborate with stakeholders to support business goals and meet client needs.
