Facilities Coordinator Location: 106 Auckland St, Bega NSW 2550 Job Functions: Accounting / Auditing Skills: Managing building operations, contractor management, work health safety / compliance knowledge, maintenance coordination, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office Suite. Position Purpose The Facilities Coordinator supports Centre and Operations Managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations, proactive retailer engagement, and delivery of high-quality facility services that enhance customer experience and asset value. This role may include additional duties aligned with business needs and capability. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders, assist with marketing activations, provide operational insights, and represent the centre in the local business community. Support budgeting, expenditure control, supplier and contractor management, and planning of maintenance and capital works. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security, oversee tenancy fit-outs, respond to customer and retailer queries, and ensure compliance with essential services, regulatory, sustainability, and risk management requirements. Track tenancy delivery milestones, support CAT 1 and Lessor Works, and collaborate with Centre Management, Operations, Finance, Leasing teams, contractors, retailers, and local authorities. Qualifications & Experience Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration preferred. Property experience and strong stakeholder management skills highly regarded. Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems, budget and deadline management, strong communication, independent working capability, and effective time management are essential.
