About the Role Rapid Aluminium is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Hand to join our dynamic team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support our warehousing and distribution operations to ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods. Key Responsibilities Receiving, unloading, unpacking, and storing incoming goods Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintaining accurate inventory records, including assisting with stocktakes and cycle counts Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if licensed) Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Adhering to all workplace health, safety, and company policies What We’re Looking For Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, transport, or logistics (preferred but not essential) Current forklift licence (highly advantageous ) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock A positive, proactive, and safety‑focused attitude What We Offer Supportive, friendly, and safety‑focused team environment Competitive hourly rates Training and development opportunities Genuine career progression within the business About Rapid Aluminium With over 30 years of industry experience, Rapid Aluminium is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high‑quality aluminium products for the construction, automotive, and industrial sectors.
