National Loan Set Manager | Surgical Kits – Sydney Join a global medical device leader committed to improving patient outcomes through innovation and operational excellence. As the National Loan Set Manager, you'll take ownership of the Loan Set business, leading the coordination of multiple loan warehouses and ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency to support hospitals, clinicians, and patients across Australia. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on process improvement, logistics management, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll oversee all Loan inventory nationally ensuring assets are well utilised, available within expiry guidelines, and deployed efficiently to support surgical cases. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, you'll drive best practice in loan management, streamline workflows, and strengthen governance around asset deployment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimise the national loan business across multiple sites. Implement and monitor processes to drive asset utilisation and operational KPIs. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to enhance functional efficiency. Ensure all loan inventory meets quality and expiry standards. Conduct audits, analyse utilisation data, and communicate risks or opportunities to management. Lead a small, collaborative team and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Apply root cause analysis to reduce stock and asset discrepancies. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support business goals and ensure governance of asset deployment. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience in logistics, supply chain, loan kits, consignment or asset management within healthcare or medical devices. Experience in leading people and influencing stakeholders. Strong analytical and process improvement mindset. SAP experience within operations or medical devices. Solid understanding of inventory and financial principles. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring patients across Australia and New Zealand receive timely access to life‑changing medical technology while leading a high‑performing team and shaping how the business delivers operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
