My client is an established national commercial design and construct group that delivers a diverse range of fitout, refurbishment and redevelopment projects across the commercial mixed-use, corporate workplace, government, tertiary education, medical/healthcare, hotel/hospitality, and luxury retail sectors valued up to 25mil.

With 5 offices nationally, this group leverages strong relationships with a plethora of institutional blue-chip clients including property developers, property funds, retail & hotel brands, healthcare providers, universities, and private sector clients.

The Role:

As part of The NSW Leadership Team, you will be involved in the implementation of targeted business strategies to identify, engage and secure work with clients, as well as maintaining existing relationships with key clients with a national-market focus.

Working closely with the respective National Client Strategy, Preconstruction and Design Managers, you will be heavily involved throughout the associated strategic preconstruction functions. You will also be involved in project pitches and early workplace strategy/feasibility consultancy to clients to ensure their requirements are understood and translated through the design/delivery process.

Given the D&C nature of their work, there is a high level of collaboration between the group's Client/Business, Preconstruction, Design and Project Delivery Teams nationally.

Ideal Candidate/Experience:

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a similar strategic client/sales/business capacity across the construction, design or commercial property sectors. Additionally, they will have an excellent knowledge of the NSW and national property markets with established relationships. This role offers uncapped earning potential within a Senior Management capacity with a state and national focus.
