In this role, you will deliver workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals engage in meaningful occupations through a client-centred approach, promoting optimal health and well‑being via recovery at work. Your key responsibilities will include : Assessing workers to determine the best strategies for facilitating their return to work following an injury or illness. Visiting workplaces to assess roles, develop Recover at Work Plans and support employers with education on injury prevention and return to work. Completing clinical assessment, providing recommendations and opinion through detailed report writing. Managing complex injury cases, coordinating, and conducting case conferences with treating doctors and health professionals to support recovery and return to work. Completing discipline specific services (where applicable) including Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Physical Conditions Programs. In addition to workplace rehabilitation services, you will also have opportunities to partner with various organisations to deliver : Ergonomic assessments in workplace, home, and vehicles. Job dictionary development. Manual task risk assessments. Interactive manual handling training, stretching, and warm‑up programs.
