This presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled BD professional to make an immediate impact by supporting a firm's key practice. Reporting to an experienced Sydney-based BD Manager, this role will shape and drive the group's go-to-market initiatives, further strengthening the leading practice. As the key person on the ground, you will provide comprehensive marketing and BD support—including submissions, events, and credentials management—along with strategic and tactical advice to partners and senior associates, helping them enhance their practice and drive new revenue streams.
With a focus on business development planning and improving client experiences, this position is integral to the practice's growth in emerging markets. The role also involves:
Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement business development strategies.
Leading firm-wide initiatives.
Supporting the preparation of critical pitch and bid documents.
This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving business success through innovative strategies.
