We are currently seeking three skilled Formwork Carpenters to join one of our established clients on an ongoing basis. The Company Our client is a long-standing construction contractor specialising in commercial and residential projects across the Gold Coast. They deliver high-quality structural formwork systems and concrete works, with steady pipelines of ongoing projects. The Role You’ll join a professional formwork crew completing a range of structural and architectural formwork tasks across active Gold Coast sites. Key Duties Set out, build, and install formwork systems for concrete structures walls, columns, decks, stairs, lift cores, and slabs. Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure correct dimensions and levels. Measure, cut, and assemble formwork materials (timber, plywood, steel, or prefabricated panels). Erect, brace, and align formwork frames using appropriate hardware and supports. Prepare reinforcement and formwork for concrete pours, ensuring accuracy and stability. Strip, clean, and stack formwork safely for reuse once concrete has cured. Operate hand and power tools (saws, drills, grinders, impact and nail guns). Assist with pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete as required. The Candidate We’re looking for motivated and reliable tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship and can work well within a team environment.
