We’re making this happen by improving the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers so they can achieve incredible things– whether they’re buying a home, building a business or saving for things big or small.This is critical role within the Institutional Capital Reforms Program (ICRP) working with the Collateral workstream to ensure appropriate integration of scope across the business aligning to the Enterprise Collateral solution roadmap. ICRP, a high priority program that will deliver several major system and process changes in response to the requirements released by APRA under APS 112 and APS 113. These changes will impact on a number of existing ANZ systems and result in significant technology and process changes that will need to be effectively defined, planned, implemented and adapted by the organisation to ensure compliance with the new requirements.
The Business Integration Lead is critical to making this happen and will:• Provide effective and appropriate leadership to the Collateral workstream and key delivery partners (technology and others) to ensure successful integration delivery of the Institutional Collateral Strategic Solution aligning to the Enterprise Collateral roadmap.• Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, other business units and key stakeholders; anticipating and responding to evolving customer needs through controlling and delivering project communications.• Lead and coordinate Collateral workstream delivery and governance activities which may include and not limited to finance, procurement, stakeholder engagement, risk management, resourcing, scope management, scheduling, value, change and quality management.• Own and manage program and business dependencies to ensure successful delivery plan and business integration.• Lead the team to implement the change and embed BAU transition.• Adhere to established ANZ policy and procedures and project / program practices and governance.• Work across various horizontal program streams, including change management, business readiness & communications, architecture, system integration, data governance and testing• Support other vertical program streams as required.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:• Extensive project management experience and/or detailed knowledge of business domain SME; experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working on mid to large sized projects/Teams.• Demonstrated experience of planning and facilitating integration planning, dependency and delivery workshops• Ability to work in complex environment, building a high performing team to meet the program’s objectives and scope, ensuring challenges and obstacles are clearly escalated to the program team• Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.• Ability to work as part of a large, multifunctional program team delivering to tight deadlines• Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders• Strong knowledge of program and project governance and an ability to apply a principles based approach• Growth mindsetGood to have:• Experience in Tech/Digital based projects• Experience in Remediation programs• Experience in Business Process Re-engineering• Experience in Wholesale Credit Processes• Experience in Wholesale Collaterals/Securities• Experience working in an Agile delivery team• Experience in and understanding of ANZ/Institutional credit/lending systems and processesYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
