In this engaging role, you'll be the face of their showroom, where you'll guide walk-in customers through our extensive range of window and door solutions, answer inquiries with expertise, and assist with quotes and invoicing. You'll also provide vital administrative and customer support to our Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service. Key Highlights of the Role: Delight Customers: Engage professionally with walk-in clients, presenting products confidently while explaining features, options, and benefits to help them make informed choices. Support Sales Success: Handle inquiries promptly, prepare accurate quotes and invoices using strong computer skills, and provide administrative backing to the Sales Representative. Create Positive Experiences: Maintain a welcoming, well-presented showroom environment that leaves customers excited about their home improvement projects.
