Your Impact As a Senior Educator , you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs for children. You put safety first with everything you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children. Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members. Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program. Utilise and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education program and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader. Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements. Contribute positively to delivering the Centre and business plans.
