Integration Lead

Role CFA is excited to announce upcoming plans to upgrade to SAP S / 4HANA We are seeking a skilled Integration Lead, to spearhead our integration efforts. In this key role, you'll lead and manage integration tasks, issues and risks, working closely with both CFA and third-party teams. Extensive experience with complex system integrations is essential to help drive this pivotal project forward. Key responsibilities of the role will include the following : Lead integration and reporting efforts for CFA and third-party teams, ensuring task delivery and providing professional oversight. Offer expert advice and leadership on critical integration decisions, ensuring alignment with CFA standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design effective solutions with functional teams. Design, develop, and unit test assigned integrations, and support testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Work closely with the technical team to manage work plans, set milestones and allocate resources. Ensure integration tasks are aligned with project timelines, track and resolve issues and escape critical risks that may affect project milestones. Contribute to strategic planning and integration development within the project team. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the project implementation partner. Establish clear communication channels and reporting processes with the project team, stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate stakeholder commitment to the project's deliverables and outcomes and closely monitor program performance and risks. Prepare detailed performance and status reports for the Project Manager, Steering Committee and senior stakeholders. About You Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following : Demonstrated experience leading internal and third -party teams in enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration (ideally with a focus on SAP S / 4HANA) and a track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing robust integration solutions, with the ability to gather and interpret detailed integration requirements. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage work plans, set milestones, and determine resourcing requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines. Proven ability to identify, track, and resolve integration issues and risks, with the capacity to escape critical issues that may impact project milestones or go-live dates. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience in developing effective communication channels and reporting processes with key stakeholders, senior management, and project partners. Experience contributing to strategic planning related to integration processes and practices. Experience in supporting solution and integration testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive validation of integration solutions. Ability to provide authoritative advice and guidance in integration and project management, representing the CFA in collaborations with project implementation partners and influencing stakeholder understanding and commitment.
