We are seeking a casual/part-time stylist to work 3-4 days per week including Thursday evening and Saturday and/or Sunday. This is a multi-skilled position, that will keep you excited and skipping to work. We are looking for an experienced sales consultant that has a passion and forte for social media. The Sales consultant role The Stylist/Sales position involves bespoke private appointments with brides that are pre-booked into our boutique. The role will see you working hands‑on with our brides providing above and beyond service. Our customers are our highest priority and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience to each and every one. The role will also involve communicating with our brides via email & phone to provide extraordinary service as they search for 'the one' The Social Media Role : approx. 8 hours per week The Social Media role involves growing our social media following by creating fabulous, engaging content. Excellent organisational and communication skills will be essential as you collaborate and cultivate relationships with our Brides to Be and within the Perth bridal Industry. Creativity will be yours, as you carry out photo and video shoots in store to promote our stunning wedding gowns and our events through social media. We are committed to our store success, so, ongoing social media training and fortnightly meetings with our dynamic team will keep you excited and creative. About you Becoming a True Tuscany Bridal Consultant means that you will have excellent personal presentation and terrific people skills. Our team of stylists have an outstanding reputation for being the best in the industry. You must have a talent for making people laugh, feel beautiful, welcomed and comfortable. Your ability to read a room and connect with others, together with your strong work ethic and passion for success are pivotal. We are looking for a highly organised, committed sales and marketing consultant to drive sales and her own success. Someone to grow the business and be a part of the business. Provide an exceptional and consistent experience to all brides and their party members. Work one on one with brides to create the perfect bridal style for their wedding day. Build relationships with brides via communication throughout the entire lifecycle of the experience. Provide feedback about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and other add-on items or services. Consistently achieve and maintain sales goals as set by management. Strong social media skills, including a creative flair to be able to create beautiful content. Assist with implementing new business ideas relating to customer experience, driving sales, new technology and merchandising. Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, and promotions. Maintaining a clean and well-organized store. Represent the store and the designer labels we sell in a professional and consultative manner. Your Profile Strong sales experience with the ability to prospect and close retail sales. Very good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Ability to always maintain a fashion-forward and professional appearance. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-manage working effectively to a deadline. A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask. Available to work either Saturdays or Sunday and Thursday evenings.
