The Opportunity We’re growing our workplace and employment law practice and are seeking a junior workplace / employment lawyer (NSW or VIC) with 2–5 years PQE and solid experience in employment law, compliance, workplace relations, and corporate/commercial matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to deepen their expertise and grow within a supportive and dynamic team. You’ll be joining a well-established firm with a loyal client base and a consistent flow of interesting work, with the chance to contribute meaningfully to a developing practice area. The Role This is a full‑time junior workplace / employment law position based in either our North Sydney or Melbourne CBD office . The successful candidate will work closely with our Principal Partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to a broad range of legal matters across the firm, including but not limited to workplace and employment law. You’ll be supported in developing your skills and confidence, with opportunities to take ownership of matters, engage directly with clients, and contribute to the growth of the practice. About You You are commercially minded, self‑driven, with experience in employment law, commercial and corporate law, and an interest in the media/advertising industries. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a firm culture that values initiative, client relationships, and continuous learning. We’re looking for someone who: Has 2–5 years PQE in employment law and related areas. Is enthusiastic about developing their career in a boutique firm setting. Values autonomy, responsibility, and professional growth. Is keen to work in a flat hierarchical structure with direct client contact.
