About Us CrispAir is a long standing (~40 years) residential air conditioning company in the Perth market, specialising in servicing and installing systems across the extended Perth metro area. About the Role As the Installation Supervisor, you will oversee the daily delivery of installation projects across residential homes (existing, renovations and new builds) as well as light commercial works. You will support both employed installers and subcontractors to ensure every job meets CrispAir’s mechanical, electrical and customer service standards. You will focus on bringing jobs in on time and budget, maximizing our resources. This role suits a technician who wants to progress into management and play a key role in improving and developing our installation operations. You Are Either (1) Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician with Full ARCtick licence and WA Restricted Electrical Licence, or (2) an Electrician with A Grade Electrical Licence and Restricted ARCtick licence. You Bring Experience installing reverse cycle ducted systems and wall splits, the ability to lead and mentor technicians, high standards of workmanship and attention to detail, strong communication skills and a commitment to safety, compliance and quality. Key Responsibilities Supervise and quality check CrispAir installations, lead and support install teams, troubleshoot installation issues, ensure compliance with mechanical, electrical and manufacturer standards, liaise with customers and builders, ensure OSH compliance including roof space electrical isolation, ladder safety, PPE and hazard identification, and represent CrispAir professionally on every job. Skills and Knowledge Strong understanding of ducted systems, zoning, outlets and refrigeration, experience with wall splits and cassette units, solid knowledge of WA safety requirements and the ability to train apprentices and developing installers.
