We are seeking an engaging and committed House Leader (POL3) to guide students in their academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development while strengthening the culture and identity of their House. There is an ongoing teacher position attached to the role. Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and pastoral support for students within your House Build a strong sense of identity, belonging, and engagement through House activities and programs Support student wellbeing through proactive strategies, case management, and strong family partnerships Mentor and collaborate with House group Teachers to support consistent pastoral care practices Contribute to whole-school events, student leadership initiatives, and community-building activities Work closely with the Wellbeing and Learning teams to support each student’s holistic development Qualifications Holds current registration (VIT) and relevant tertiary qualifications Demonstrated experience in student wellbeing, pastoral care, or leadership Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem‑solving skills Values collaboration, professional growth, and student‑centred learning Embodies the College’s values of compassion, justice, hope, truth, and love Why Join Us Be part of a welcoming, values‑driven school where staff feel supported and connected Access development opportunities and the chance to build your career Join a team that values collaboration, integrity, and care for the school community Dedicated Staff Wellbeing Plan that honours our community and supports our staff House Leader Position Description and Teaching Staff Responsibilities: Your application, including the names of three referees, should be addressed to Ms Rita Grima, Principal, and submitted via our online form.
