Team The Clinical Nurse Specialist for Aged care services assists the dynamic hospital aged care liaison (HALT) & Residential aged care home liaison (RACHL) team at the Launceston General Hospital. Role Supporting Older Australians and their families within the Launceston General Hospital (LGH). Supporting the Hospital Aged Care Liaison Team (HALT), Residential aged care home (RACH) Clinical Nurse Consultants and the Nursing unit Manager. Proven highly developed clinical experience in aged care. Ability to function instructively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Working with RACH residents within the LGH. Details of appointment Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date until 31 October 2028. Note: Negotiations may allow differing hours. Salary $106,570 to $112,440 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023. In addition, the following allowances may be available: Post Graduate Allowance up to 10% based on qualification type.
