Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee a portfolio of luxury apartment projects under development. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on implementing strategic marketing initiatives with the assistance of an in‑house Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer. If you are looking to take the next step up in your career or are at the Manager level looking to join a dynamic business, this could be for you Perks of the company Competitive Salary, based on your experience Located CBD fringe Work alongside an incredible talented and high performing team with a great culture Opportunity to make an impact during this business’s growth phase Premium events and team activities, staff are well looked-after Your daily duties will include Develop and execute marketing plans & strategies to meet organisational/project objectives Manage Project Marketing Campaigns for new/existing developments – exciting new launches in the pipeline Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitors to guide project strategies Define project positioning, target audiences and messaging Leverage external agency partners for PR, creative and editorial opportunities Oversee content, creative assets, collateral and copy for project campaigns Manage display suite planning and delivery Coordinate renders, photography, video and project events Manage project budgets, timelines, reporting and analytics to ensure strong ROI and seamless delivery Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships while responding with agility in a fast‑paced environment To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, overseeing projects for a Property Developer Proven ability and success in the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns Experience with high end projects (property), preferably residential or similar Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a “finisher” Budgeting, financial reporting, and reforecasting skills Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills To apply for this newly created position, apply directly or e‑mail your resume to Olivia Ashworth at Contact Olivia at for a confidential discussion.
