Build strong relationships with internal teams, custodians, issuers, and external counterparties across time zones. What we’re looking for 3–5 years’ hands‑on Corporate Actions experience within a broker, bank, hedge fund, or asset manager, with deep APAC market knowledge. In‑depth understanding of mandatory and voluntary event mechanics and APAC market infrastructures. Solid grasp of settlements and securities lending touchpoints; confident navigating time‑critical exchange and custodian cut‑offs. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail; proven ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. Clear stakeholder communication; comfortable supporting traders and operations peers in a front‑office setting. Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, reconciliation tooling); exposure to SQL/VBA/Python is a plus. Degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience.
