Monelli is seeking a talented and experienced Bartender (at least 3 years of experience required) to join our vibrant team in Burns Beach, Western Australia. As a full-time Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Also, flexible as well as confident when needed on the floor. What you'll be doing Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, beers, wines, and other beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area to support efficient drink service Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and appreciated Adhere to all relevant liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a cohesive food and drink service Assist with inventory management and stock control to minimise wastage Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment What we're looking for Extensive experience (2+ years) working as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced establishment Comprehensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and drink preparation techniques Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming experience Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to accurately handle cash and card transactions Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain one Legal authorisation to work in Australia is required as sponsorship is not available What we offer Discounted meals and beverages Opportunities for career progression and skills development Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance A collaborative and inclusive team culture About us Monelli is a renowned family-owned restaurant in the heart of Burns Beach, Western Australia, known for our authentic Italian cuisine and vibrant atmosphere.
