With first class knowledge and service, we are your local mechanical parts supplier. Job Summary We are seeking a driven and motivated Store Manager to join our team, based out of our Moonah Branch. Key Responsibilities Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership Develop customer relationships & increase sales & branch profitability Management of branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current Administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties Saturday mornings as required Your Skills and Experience An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors) People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI’s Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy Why join our team?
