This role plays a key part in supporting our next generation of green professionals, ensuring every apprentice feels welcomed, supported, and set up for long-term success. What You'll Be Doing Act as the go-to contact for all apprentices across the business, as well as parents of apprentices under‑18‑years old. Deliver an engaging and structured onboarding experience for new apprentices across all of Australia (domestic travel will be required in this role). Lead engagement initiatives including Apprentice Days, program updates and communication campaigns. Coordinate recognition initiatives, awards and milestone acknowledgements. Maintain visibility of completion timelines and support apprentices with their career development within Green by Nature post‑apprenticeship. What You'll Bring Qualifications in HR, Education, Training or related fields (preferred). 2+ years' experience in coordination, program delivery, or apprenticeship programs. Experience liaising with multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external. Strong Microsoft Office capability. Skills & Attributes Excellent coordination and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Engaging, confident communicator; written, verbal and interpersonal. Ability to build trust and supportive relationships with a diverse range of people. Self‑motivated, proactive and able to balance competing priorities.
