As the Restaurant General Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations across two restaurants. You will empower the team through coaching and training while managing your portfolio's P&L. Your role entails maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, and embodying the GYG spirit. Responsibilities Lead daily operations across two restaurants. Coach and train staff. Manage P&L. Uphold quality standards. Represent the GYG spirit.
