You’ll lead our Community Engagement and Intake teams to strengthen referral networks, build trusted partnerships, and grow Arete Care’s presence across Victoria. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll shape a growth strategy that aligns ambition with authenticity, ensuring every initiative reflects Arete’s culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic growth and partnership plans. Build strong networks with Housing Providers, hospitals, rehab centres, and community stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and support the Client Engagement Team to achieve referral and conversion goals. Oversee brand, marketing, and digital engagement activities. Track and report on key performance metrics including leads, conversions, and ROI. Represent Arete Care at sector events, hospital meetings, and forums. Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing and partnership resources. Collaborate with service delivery teams to deliver seamless onboarding and client experiences. What You Bring You bring : Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing within the disability sector Strong understanding of the NDIS, TAC, and Aged Care frameworks. Strong sector knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing budgets. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation ability.
