Join a Growing SA Business We are currently hiring for the position Quality Assurance Officer. We seek individuals who show initiative and are self‑sufficient in their roles. In this position, you will support our Production and Quality teams and should have some experience in food safety, process control, and certifications. Daily tasks include: Conduct Pre‑operational and cleaning verifications. Perform quality control and production process control documentation as required by the quality team. Work together with the production personnel with any quality issues which may arise. Routinely conduct pest control verifications in accordance with the program. Maintain GMP standards within the workplace. Receival and despatch quality verifications. Maintenance and upgrades to the current QMS. Conducting internal audits. Perform trouble shooting and provide corrective actions of non‑conformities and customer complaints. To be successful in this role, you will need to: Able to work as part of a team and individually. Detail orientated and high attention to detail. Demonstrated experience with GMP procedures, HACCP principles, and relevant food safety regulations. Degree in Food & Nutrition Science or a related field.
