We’re seeking a cool, calm and collected Holiday Property Manager to join our growing team and help deliver a hotel-standard experience across our expanding portfolio of holiday homes. You’ll collaborate with an experienced and supportive team, including Property Managers, a dedicated Holiday Home Inspector, Client Service Coordinator, General Manager, and Director, in a professional environment. Career growth – Clear pathways to Senior Property Manager, Team Lead, or Operations Manager roles. Key Responsibilities Guest Relations – Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after guest stays to create memorable experiences. Reservation Management – Coordinate bookings, check‑ins, and communications efficiently and accurately. Repairs & Maintenance – Oversee maintenance and presentation to ensure all homes meet premium standards. Quality Assurance – Work with our Holiday Home Inspectors to maintain consistent presentation and functionality. Owner Relationships – Build trust through clear, proactive communication. Listing Optimisation – Refine property listings with accurate details and visuals to maximise performance and revenue. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in property or portfolio management (holiday or residential). Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience using RMS, HomHero, or similar management systems. A proactive, customer‑first mindset and professional presentation. Driver’s Licence required. Availability to work within a weekend roster.
