Their Sydney office is now looking for a Senior Associate / Special Counsel level lawyer to work in their Corporate & Commercial team. About the role We are actively seeking an Senior Associate / Special Counsel with expertise in Corporate & Commercial law to join a well regarded Sydney specialist team. This rewarding role offers exceptional career opportunity for advancement and growth, working alongside professionals who share similar goals in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including advice on unfair contract terms. Supporting M&A transactions with IP, technology, and privacy expertise. Advising on the Privacy Act and drafting related policies and documentation. Advising on licensing and commercialisation of technologies and brands. About you You will have 4+ years PQE experience in corporate & commercial practice with strong contracting experience.
