Leading edge role for design thinking and customer journey mapping professionals Permanent full-time role with a 9-day fortnight and hybrid work environment About The Role The Customer Experience Officer enhances overall customer experience by developing and executing strategies that meet community needs and expectations. Reporting to the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will: Research best practices, coordinate customer journey mapping, and implement initiatives to improve service delivery across business units Analyse customer feedback and data to inform strategies Create training programs for staff and engage with stakeholders to foster a customer-centric culture Contribute to the quality of services provided to customers About You We seek a motivated professional with a strong background in customer experience and service design. The ideal candidate will have: Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience collecting and analysing customer insights to shape effective programs Experience in project management and familiarity with change management methodologies Strong stakeholder engagement skills and effective cross-team communication Experience in customer relationship management software and design thinking methodologies Ability to work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment Other Important Information Salary: up to $92.9K, with progression to a maximum of $107.7K plus 12% superannuation upon assessment of skills and performance Permanent full-time role with a 9-day fortnight Hybrid and flexible working conditions: 2 days from home, 3 days onsite Location: Wyong Administration Building Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process to fill other vacancies.
