With a fresh renovation in September, we're looking for a leader who can bring energy, passion, and top-tier customer experience to the table. We're seeking a leader who is passionate about customer experience at a premium level, who can execute activations, build strong relationships within the local community, loves a bit of footy, and is keen to develop their team. As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing high-volume food & beverage lead venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams. What's on Offer: This role is based in Rockhampton QLD, offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary circa $110,000 - $120,000 in addition to superannuation and an achievable performance bonus structure. 5+ years of Venue Management experience Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully State based qualifications Approved Managers License We value the diversity of our employees' experiences, talents, and cultures.
