We have the perfect opportunity for you We are seeking a full-time Compounding Pharmacist to join our team at a leading pharmacy in Sydney CBD. You will be part of a pharmacy group that prioritises customer well‑being and aims to be the best in community pharmacy. This group operates under forward pharmacy workflow procedures with a strong focus on delivering professional and health services. They see the role of a pharmacist as more than just meeting the standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia, the Pharmacy Guild, and QCPP. As a Pharmacist with this team, you will be a valued member, crucial to achieving their goals for professional services and exceptional customer care. Responsibilities Dispensing and checking scripts using FRED dispense Counselling on medications and OTC products Providing excellent customer services Assisting front‑of‑shop team members in handling customer queries Helping to build the team’s health knowledge Successful pharmacist will need to have certification for the following services: UTI, OCP and dermatology consults and be willing to compound creams and capsules. About Our Ideal Candidate Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a team and autonomously Exceptional attention to detail Demonstrate a "can do" attitude Keen to be in front of shop, interacting with customers and building rapport Friendly personality with a smile Accredited to vaccinate Experience in complex compounding Minimum 2 years experience About the Location This pharmacy is located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. About the Offer You will work full‑time hours on a 5 days per week roster for the first 3 months, after which there will be 4 days per week.
