Job description Executar atividades operacionais no processo agrícola, realizando coroamento, poda de árvores, desbrota, enxertia e colheita, conforme orientações do superior imediato, a fim de garantir o adequado desenvolvimento das plantas e a produtividade da área. Auxiliar na aplicação de defensivos agrícolas, seguindo as normas de segurança, utilização correta dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e as orientações técnicas, contribuindo para o manejo adequado das culturas e o cumprimento das boas práticas agrícolas. Main responsibilities Realizar a covagem do solo e aplicar adubação, utilizando substratos específicos conforme as recomendações técnicas para promover o desenvolvimento adequado do plantio; Efetuar o plantio e replantio dos cacaueiros, selecionando tubetes e bandejas apropriadas; Organizar as bancadas para acomodar os substratos preparados, garantindo que as condições ideais para o crescimento das plantas sejam atendidas; Executar o coroamento dos cacaueiros, utilizando as ferramentas necessárias para garantir a eficiência do processo de adubação e favorecer o bom desenvolvimento das plantas.
