The Aftersales Division oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all national parts and accessories activities-including sales, business development, procurement, supplier management, dealer support, and warehouse operations. Our goal is to achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets while optimizing warehouse operations to meet global best-practice standards. The Senior Engagement & Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies and employee engagement initiatives within the Operations team. This role aims to foster a positive workplace culture by strengthening internal communications and enhancing engagement and belonging in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and goals. This role is based in Altona North and requires interstate travel approximately twice per month. How you'll make an impact Develop, implement, and regularly review effective communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent information flow across the Operations team. Design and implement strategic plans for employee engagement and belonging programs aimed at boosting morale, motivation, sense of belonging, and fostering a positive work environment. Draft, review, and distribute communication materials-including internal emails, bulletins, newsletters, intranet content, reports, and speaking notes-to ensure clarity and alignment with company values. Provide guidance and support to managers in developing policies and standards for engagement and communication within the Toyota Production Centre (TPC). Monitor and stay current with communication trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance engagement and communication. Update and maintain reporting systems to deliver accurate, timely information that supports business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
