About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Success & Account Manager to onboard, support, and grow our restaurant partners. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers — helping them get set up, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they’re getting genuine value from our platform. Think tech support meets relationship manager , with room to grow as our products (and AI systems) continue to evolve. No prior experience is required — full training is provided .
