Buckby Motors is a 100% locally owned and operated motor vehicle dealership located in Northern Tasmania. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager in our state-of-the-art service centre located in South Launceston. This role the perfect step up for a well-groomed service advisor that is wanting to take the next step in their career. Assist with managing and overseeing our service team. Utilise quoting and management software. Accurately quote repairs for customer vehicles. Deal directly with manufacturers. Handle day-to-day operations working closely with the service and parts teams. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements. Maintain clear communication with customers, service advisors and workshop staff. Identify and address quality control requirements with a keen eye for detail. Proven experience in a management position or equivalent. Strong understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance. Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
