About the Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team on the Western Regional Delivery Team (WRDT) project, delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades. Based at Prospect, this role will involve regular travel across the Western Region to support multiple project sites. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards and in full compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining robust quality systems and has a practical, proactive approach to getting things right the first time. Key responsibilities Coordinating quality processes and documentation in line with project and client requirements Reviewing and maintaining ITPs, checklists and other quality documentation Assisting project teams with audits, inspections and NCR management Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with client specifications and standards Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of quality across project sites What You’ll Bring to the Team Demonstrated experience as a Quality Coordinator within construction (civil infrastructure or water projects) Strong understanding of client specifications and quality assurance processes A collaborative approach, with confidence to liaise directly with clients, subcontractors and internal teams Strong communication and stakeholder management ability Excellent attention to detail Willingness to travel regularly across the Western Region Why You Should Work With Us Our people are what make Abergeldie successful, and we make sure that this is the kind of place where great people enjoy working for the long term.
