Part-Time Catering Assistants - Aged Care | Kirrawee Job Type: Permanent - Part Time Location: NSW: Sydney Job Category: Catering Assistant, Customer Service, Food Safety, Kitchen Overview Cater Care seeks to appoint multiple Part-Time Catering Assistants at one of our key aged care residences in Kirrawee. Roster Position 1: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Position 2: Monday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm & Sunday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm Position 3: Thursday: 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm & Friday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm What We Offer $25.85 base rate per hour Uniform and training provided Access to EAP services with Acacia Connection Staff benefits including discounts for 450+ retailers nationwide for you and your family Support around further training, licensing and accreditations Structured leadership development plan for those wishing to progress their career to the next stage Role What this role involves: Assisting with food preparation Customer service – serving residents meals and snacks Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices Prepare and present texture modified foods Desired Skills And Experience Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Pride in personal appearance & hygiene Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential) Who We Are Cater Care is a leading, 100% Australian owned contract catering service provider, operating across multiple sectors (Aged care, Education, Retirement, Retail and Remote services).
