Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified (or working towards) to join our team. This is a full‑time only role. Commitment is a must. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for teaching young children and a commitment to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This role involves guiding children through their early learning journey, encouraging curiosity, and supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards. Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching. Commitment to fostering a non‑corporate, natural play space environment. Must be kind + calm always, and willing to offer a point of difference. This is a long‑term dedicated role.
