You’ll work primarily with React on the front end and C#/.NET services on the back end, collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to turn ideas into outcomes that have real impact. Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of full‑stack features that raise the bar for quality and performance Build responsive, component‑based UIs with React (Hooks, Context API, etc.) Develop and maintain back‑end services in C#/.NET, integrating APIs and cloud services Collaborate with clients, product managers, designers, and engineers to turn complex needs into simple, effective solutions Mentor team members and guide technical decision‑making to lift the whole team Participate in architectural discussions and shape the technical direction of projects Maintain high standards through code reviews, unit testing, and automation practices Champion best practices in Agile delivery, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimisation About You You’re a technically strong and people‑focused engineer with a proven track record of leading successful software delivery. You’re passionate about writing clean code, mentoring others, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to build digital products that make a real impact.
