Assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and supervise food service staff. Education/Qualification Must possess a High School Diploma, or equivalent and must possess a Food Handler level II or similar food safety certification per state specific requirement. Must also be 1. A certified food service manager; or 2. Have similar national certification for food service management and safety from a national certifying body; or 3. Have an associate’s or higher degree in food service management or in hospitality, if the course study includes food service or restaurant management, from an accredited institution of higher learning; and 4. In States that have established standards for food service managers or food service managers, meets State requirements for food service managers or food service managers. Shift & Wage Temporary Full-Time Opportunity Available Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week *Program details can vary amongst buildings.
