Your analytical skills and commercial awareness will help drive sales, maximise profitability, and optimise inventory productivity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and making decisions that directly influence business results. In this 12-month parental leave contract , you will be responsible for the accurate allocation and replenishment of stock, supporting the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit, and inventory productivity measures. Your key responsibilities will include: Allocate and replenish stock to stores based on sales performance and inventory needs Maintain and update store profiles Monitor and manage receipts and deliveries into stores and the DC Track warehouse inventory and manage store replenishment Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities and risks Conduct size, store, and profile analysis Consolidate best sellers, last pairs, and fragmented lines Evaluate the impact of allocation decisions and make informed recommendations Communicate effectively with stores and the Retail Team Coordinate stock packages for new store openings To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need Minimum 2 years’ experience in allocation Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions Solid understanding of merchandise inventory fundamentals A proactive, strategic mindset Advanced Excel skills At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
