Warehouse Supervisor

Specialists in static and dynamic sealing products predominantly for the mining, oil and gas, power generation and other industrial sectors. An opportunity to run warehouse operations. We need an organised and well seasoned warehouse supervisor to ensure our warehouse is operating at peak efficiency. You will have the autonomy to develop warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory and shipping methods. You will oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. Being the leader required to organise our warehouse staff by reviewing and preparing workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans to meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. Importantly, you will maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring standards and procedures and contribute to the company's overall safety objectives. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service Assist with deliveries where required Ensure correct procedures are adhered to, including photographing of shipments, recording of serialised stock on despatch and handling of documentation. Control inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts at all company stock locations. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary Meet regularly with warehouse team to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention Oversee transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages Required Skills 5+ years of warehouse supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft suite. Excellent understanding of warehouse procedures. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills. The ability to motivate and train others.
