The company offers longevity, plenty of OT, career growth into team leader roles, and a supportive culture. Responsibilities Manage/assist with key customers' fire service needs. Test, repair, and install fire doors and passive penetrations to Fire & Security standards of quality and delivery excellence while exceeding customer service expectations at every opportunity. Assist in growing sales, increasing market share and net profitability. Survey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment. Manage and maintain all assigned company property, including documents, tools, equipment, vehicles, product, etc. Comply with all company policies, procedures and processes in accordance with our clients' needs. Attend all scheduled training programs; in‑house training will be provided. Maintain best‑in‑class customer service. Provide technical assistance/backup for on‑call technicians. Selection Criteria Australian citizenship or Australian permanent resident (PR). Hold or ability to obtain a Queensland Building and Construction Commission license (QBCC). Have a base trade as a carpenter. Up‑to‑date product and industry knowledge – Australian Standards, passive and fire door. Current driver’s licence. Able to undergo and pass a national police check.
