About Adacy (previously The Ad Agency) We’re a creative agency based in Lismore with a diverse portfolio spanning local and state government, international healthcare brands, community banking, universities, and large regional organisations. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality strategic creative, digging deep into subject matters in the pursuit of excellence, and fostering a culture of equality, inclusivity, and support. The Position We’re looking for a midweight graphic designer to join our creative team on a part‑time contract (6 months) , with the potential to become an ongoing role. The position offers flexibility at 2–4 days per week , depending on the candidate’s experience and availability. We work in a hybrid model , with the team in the Lismore office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays , and optional work‑from‑home days on Mondays and Thursdays . This is not a fully remote role. This role suits someone confident across both print and digital , with strong document and layout skills, the ability to manage multiple ongoing clients, and a genuine care for producing thoughtful, high-quality work. You’ll be supported by senior creatives but trusted with ownership of your projects. Responsibilities Work with account services and creative directors to understand briefs and deliver purposeful, well‑considered design. Contribute to brand development, creative ideas, and campaign concepts . Produce high‑quality design across print, digital, brand, and campaign roll‑outs . Create and refine documents, brochures, reports, and long‑form layouts with precision and consistency. Roll out brand systems across a wide range of materials (digital and print). Develop graphics for digital channels including social media, websites, and presentations. Manage multiple clients and deadlines with clear communication and strong organisation. Provide guidance or supervision to junior designers when required. Bring curiosity, craft, and care to every project. Key Requirements Degree or diploma in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience). Able to work onsite in Lismore on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. 3–5 years experience in a design role (agency experience preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Ability to take a brief, interpret it clearly, and work independently when needed. Strong attention to detail and organisation. Comfortable collaborating with a small team and taking feedback. Clear communication and reliable time management. Video production, motion design, animation, or illustration. Website design or experience with platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace.
